RE: Applications for FY 2006 Leased Space Programs

Applications for FY 2006 Leased Space Program must be submitted to the Department of Education by Friday, September 16, 2005.

Administrative Lease-Purchase - Renewal (EF-B-56A)
Permanent Small Instructional Space Application – New and Renewal (EF-B-56C)
Temporary Interim Instructional Space Application – New and Renewal (EF-B-56T)

When completing a lease renewal, please refer back to your approved 2004-05 application for the appropriate lease number to enter on Section 1, item 1.3 of the application. Please be as accurate as possible when completing the form.

All FY 2006 lease application forms are posted on line at: http://www.maine.gov/education/const/lease.htm or you may contact Karen Bossie, Administrative Secretary, at 624-6848 karen.l.bossie@maine.gov to request a hard or electronic copy.
