RE: Advanced Placement (AP) Exam Fees
Through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education, the Maine Department of Education and the College Board are working together to cover the entire AP exam fee for low-income students who are enrolled in an AP course.
The Maine Department of Education has contracted with the College Board to cover the balance of the test fee for any low-income student included on the ETS test fee reduction request form that your school completes when you order the AP exams. The College Board will bill the Maine Department of Education directly. This year, students who are receiving the College Board fee waiver will not need to pay anything. This is a one-step process for you.
Additional information is available on the ordering site.
