RE: EF-S-09E’s, Local Entitlement Funds Expended 2002-03, P.L. 105-17, Part B, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and Section 619 Pre-School Final Reports
The enclosed Annual Financial Reports of Federal
Program Expenditures - Local Entitlement Part B (5-21 year olds) EF-S-09E
and Section 619 (3-5 year olds) EF-S-09E - are to be used to report final
expenditures and program description (5-21 only) based on the local
entitlement application (EF-S-08) submitted to, and approved last fall by, the
Office of Special Services.
The two enclosed EF-S-09E’s for Part B and Section
619 consist of:
Part I Annual Financial Report of Federal
Program Expenditures
Part B and Section 619
Part II Affidavit of Superintendent (Fiscal
Agent)
Part B and Section 619
Part III Narrative Report
Part B ONLY
The Annual Financial Report of Federal Program
Expenditures serves as an audit report of P.L. 105-17, Part B and Section 619
funds actually expended by June 30, 2003.
Failure to submit this report by July 31, 2003 could delay
future local entitlement payments.
