Educational Program Phase-In Plan for Continuous Program Improvement
2001-2002 EF-S-206 EZ: Application for Gifted and Talented Educational
Program Approval and Approval of Program Costs for State Subsidy
Enclosed is the Annual Update packet to report the status of your school administrative unit's Gifted and Talented Educational Program Phase-In Plan (EF-S-202) at the end of the last school year (2000-2001). School units that have reduced or postponed programs will need to document this status as well. Included are instructions for completing this form that indicates the performance status of goals and desired outcomes in this program area at the end of the 2000-2001 school year and any new goals for the 2001-2002 school year.
Also enclosed is the 2001-2002 short form application for Gifted and Talented Educational Program Approval and Approval of Program Costs for State Subsidy (EF-S-206 EZ). Included are instructions for completing this application that address and clarify the program component information required. If you have made major changes to your gifted and talented program please contact Wanda Monthey for the form, EF-S-206.
Please be advised that the all standards, principles, and procedures as delineated in Chapter 104, are in effect with the exception of the final date for full implementation of local plans for comprehensive programs K-12 which is 2002-2003.
