            The Report of Adult Education for Subsidy Purposes (EF-M-39B) for the period July 1, 2001 - December 31, 2001 is now available on the Department of Education’s Web page. This form must be completed and returned no later than January 15, 2002.  This form may be downloaded from the Department of Education’s Forms Page at:

            This form is required for the collection of subsidy data on adult education for pupils between the 16th and 20th anniversaries of their birth, under 20-A MRSA, section 8605.
