            Enclosed is the Report of Adult Education for Subsidy Purposes & Home Instruction Pupils (EF-M-39B) for the period July 1, 2000 - December 31, 2000.  Note the form may be downloaded from the Internet. (www.maine.gov/education/forms.htm).  For those using the Microsoft Excel program, formulas have been embedded in the program to add all totals.  Please return original to this office no later than January 15, 2001.

 

            This form is required for the collection of subsidy data on adult education for pupils between the 16th and 20th anniversaries of their birth, under 20-A MRSA, section 8605.
