CONTACT DATA FOR SUPERINTENDENTS AND/OR SCHOOLS

Mailing Labels:

  • MEDMS Label System Create your own mailing labels online from our MEDMS Database. This option will provide you with individual staff names.
  • To view or print these mailing labels, your computer must have "Microsoft Word 97" (or higher) installed, or the free "Microsoft Word Viewer" application.  If you don't have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you can download and install the free Microsoft Word Viewer by clicking on the link below.  The download page will open in a new window.

ASCII Text Comma-delimited File [Updated 01/25/08]

  • Create Your Own Mailing Labels from an ASCII text comma-delimited file (same data source as the DOE Label System) that can be downloaded to your personal computer. This option will provide you with current contact data that can be manipulated and used as you wish.
