Contract for Services:  Superintendent (contract during FY12-13)

Subsidy Limits:  30% minimum subsidy and 70% maximum subsidy

Subsidy Received:  year after the contract for services (during FY13-14)

Subsidy Requirement:  Application form, qualification inspection, contract and track maintenance of the refurbished bus in Transfinder Servicefinder

Laws:  Title 20-A MRSA §15689, Sub-§12 in accordance with the provisions of Public Law 2011, Chapter 655, Part F and gubernatorial executive order #24 FY11/12 on September 28, 2011
