Comprehensive Education Plan (CEP)

"Maine statute specifies that each school system must adopt a Comprehensive Education Plan by the end of this school year. The plan requirements appear in Chapter 125. The sections of that chapter related to the Comprehensive Education Plan are in the abridged version at the top of the list. Complete versions of Chapter 125 and Chapter 127 are available on the Department's web page. Click "Rules and Regulation" in Learning Results Rules Document"

The Comprehensive Education Plan must address all plans that are required by state or federal laws or regulations. The list of all of these plans appears to the left. Additional plans may be required if your unit is the recipient of a competitive state or federal grant.
