To fulfill your request, the following information is needed:

1. Name of bride (use maiden name).
2. Name of groom.
3. Date of marriage.
4. Name of city/town the marriage occurred in.
5. Please include a daytime telephone number.
6. Please make the check payable to: "Treasurer - State of Maine".
7. Who has access?
8. Picture I.D. requirement(s).

The fee for one certified copy is $15.00. The fee for additional certified copies of the same record is $6.00 each.  Send self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.
