Our Portland regional and advocate offices are moving to 56 Northport Drive, Portland, effective December 4th. Please see our flyer for more information. The Portland offices will be closed to the public on November 30th and December 1st to accommodate the move.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
As of October 25, 2023, an individual who wants to create a rebuttable presumption of independent contractor status may file a statement - Independent Contractor Statement (Form WCB-267) – with the Board. The Board will no longer review or approve Predetermination Applications (WCB-266). More information is available here.MEDICAL FEE SCHEDULE UPDATE– Effective 10/1/2023
