PRISM brings with it a lot of change – which can be good but also challenging! Here is how you can get started with PRISM!
PRISM Training
It is important that you understand what is changing and how it will impact you. You can revisit the basics in the PRISM 101 courses and training materials like videos and job aids at PRISM Learning. There are additional things you can do to get started after Go Live; download your Day One Checklists (employees) (managers) and keep them handy!
Go-Live
State employees will begin using PRISM on September 8th, replacing multiple systems, including MS TAMS and MFASIS. See below for the milestones and tasks you are expected to complete based on your pay cycle.
How do I know what pay cycle I am on?
- If you receive paychecks on Sept 3rd and 17th, you are Payroll Cycle A
- If you receive paychecks on Sept 10th and 24th, you are Payroll Cycle B.
