State Office Closures: January 26, 2023
Due to weather, state offices (including CareerCenters), will be closed tomorrow in Oxford, Franklin, Somerset, Piscataquis, Penobscot, Aroostook, Hancock, and Washington counties.
State offices in York, Cumberland, Androscoggin, Sagadahoc, Kennebec, Lincoln, Knox, and Waldo counties will open at 11 a.m.
The unemployment phone line will still be open normal hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., however there may be longer wait times. Please be patient, and utilize the online filing and account access if you are able to do so.
CareerCenter services can similarly be accessed online at www.mainecareercenter.gov . Virtual CareerCenter services are available (8am-5pm) through Livechat, calling 207-623-7981, or emailing MaineDOL.CareerCenter@maine.gov
