- I've printed my MWR forms. Can I get a count of single, multiple, and MWR-Web forms?
- The Administrative, Batch Monitor Screen displays a Job# for the MWR Forms that you ran. Go to the win202\errfiles folder to find the corresponding batch#.err file. This file displays Total Single Page MWR, Total Multiple Page MWR, and Total MWR Forms along with Total Single and Multiple MWR WEB forms. See Chapter 6 of the User Documentation Manual for further information.
- How do I get a list of NAICS code changes for tax and CES?
- Open the ARCS tab on the Quarterly Processing screen. Run the "NAICS CCS Summary/Difference" job. The reports are generated in the \win202\reports directory. The output file "ccsfile2.txt" contains the listing of code changes for tax and CES. See Chapter 4 of the User Documentation Manual for further information.
- Is there an easy way to mark a master account and all its subunit records for inclusion in the subset EQUI file?
- The Subset EQUI Data Entry Screen is used to mark micro records to be included in the Subset EQUI. Enter a Master account UI/Run. When the message box appears warning you that all sub-units for the family will be marked, click Yes to mark all the subunits. See Chapter 2 of the User Documentation Manual for further information.
- How can I tell which subunits I marked for inclusion in the subset EQUI file?
- To view all the manually marked accounts to be included on the subset file, run the Subset EQUI Listing from the Reports menu. You can also generate a list by running the subset.p Progress query. See the Query page on the WIN-202 website for more information on running queries.
- Where can I find a copy of the EQUI format?
- The layout for the EQUI Format is located on page 9 of the "Valid Values" cheatsheet. See the Helpful Tools page to view/download the current version.
- What is the file structure of the unformated NAICS reports?
- The current file structure of the unformated NAICS reports, generated via the Reports Menu, can be found in Appendix D of the User Documentation Manual. Click here to view the annual and quarterly formats.
- Are there any keyboard shortcuts in WIN-202?
- Buttons with "underscored" letters allow you to type the letter or [Alt] + the letter to initiate the command instead of clicking the button with your mouse. Click here to view the WIN-202 cheat sheet. Note: while the [Tab] key advances your cursor to the next field, if you use [Shift] + [Tab] the cursor moves backwards to the previous field.
