Community Resilience Partnership
Working to help Maine communities reduce emissions and prepare for the effects of climate change.
Through grants and direct support to municipal and tribal governments and unorganized territories, the Community Resilience Partnership assists communities to reduce carbon emissions, transition to clean energy, and become more resilient to climate change effects such as to extreme weather, flooding, rising sea levels, public health impacts, and more.

2022 Annual Report
We're pleased announce the first annual report for the Community Resilience Partnership! In our first year, the Partnership made 74 Community Action Grant awards totaling $3.71 million to towns, tribes, and unorganized communities in Maine. Additionally, $938,000 in Service Provider Grants is helping 82 communities enroll in the Partnership, determine local priorities, and apply for grants to support their energy efficiency, clean energy, and community resilience goals. A total of 131 communities and 18 service provider organizations are currently participating in the Partnership.
We could not have had such a successful first year without the hard work and collaboration of our amazing communities, service provider organizations, regional coordinators, and state agencies. This is a partnership because of your effort to make it one. Thank you!
