RE: Distinguished Educator Positions
Attached is a profile for two positions that will be filled by the Federal Program Services Team in the Department of Education. The Department of Education will contract with school administrative units for two practitioners with excellent facilitation skills to assist schools and districts in planning for and implementing a continuum of school and district improvement. Candidates must also be knowledgeable in the use of data to make program decisions and in the current best practices in reading and math for all grade levels.
Units will be reimbursed for the employee’s salary plus benefits and fixed costs. The employee returns to the district at the end of the contract period.
