RE:                   Update Required of MEDMS Staff Information

 

The MEDMS application went back online on September 2, 2004 to accept updates and additions to the 2004/2005 staff data. At this time all staff information data needs to be updated for the current school year. Data entered last year will appear in the 2004/2005 screens, but it must be verified for the current year.

 

Based on feedback from users, MEDMS has been modified to facilitate easier navigation and reduced data input requirements. Changes include:

 

·        Elimination of the Subject Matter field under First Bachelor’s Degree

·        Elimination of Date Work Ended fields

·        Updated Position Title and Course drop down lists

·        The Class module has been eliminated and replaced with Course fields added to the Job Function screen for teachers.  Individual classes will no longer need to be defined.

 

NOTE: To access MEDMS, you will need to use the same login ID and password used in 2003/2004. The MEDMS system can be accessed at:
