RE: THIS FRIDAY– Informational Meeting on Essential Programs & Services
The Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs, just yesterday, June 3, approved the current Essential Programs & Services legislation. At this time, we anticipate that the bill will be before the entire 121st Maine Legislature as early as next week.
Given that timeframe and the significance of the issue, you are invited, on what we recognize as short notice, to attend a statewide interactive informational session for a discussion and update on the pending Essential Programs & Services legislation this Friday, June 6, 2003 from 9:30 - 11:30am.
This informational meeting will be held over the ATM Distance Learning System. We will host the broadcast from Room #103 here at the Cross State Office Building. If you are interested in attending please know that we have made the following four ATM Distance Leaning sites available to you:
