Adolescent Literacy

Establish an Adolescent Literacy Framework, with a self assessment tool for determining resource capacity, statewide literacy assessment tool, an action planning guide to develop a school-wide literacy plan to be included in a district's Comprehensive Educational Plan. The Adolescent Literacy Framework, tools and materials will be disseminated through regional structures.
