All meetings of the Construction Committee are open to the public and convenient seating will be available.  Those making presentations to the Committee are welcome to enter the meeting at any time and need not wait until their scheduled presentation time.  If you enter the room while the meeting is in progress we would appreciate you doing so in an orderly fashion to avoid disruption and allow the Committee to keep the meeting on track.   Thank you.
