Heather Parent, Deputy Commissioner and Director of Planning and Implementation at the DEP, will present the DEP?s annual rulemaking agenda. The DEP is required to issue an annual agenda of rulemaking planned for the next twelve months. Heather will discuss the agenda for 2014-2015, providing background on proposed rulemakings. Heather will also explain the major substantive and routine technical rulemaking processes and provide guidance for tracking rulemaking activity and participating in the public comment process. (60 minutes)
