Small Remediation Treatment Systems

The State of Maine is seeking proposals for remediating petroleum spills. Tasks could include installing the Department of Environmental Protection's ("Department") mobile treatment system trailers, or other remediation equipment, including designing, constructing, mobilizing, installing, operating, maintaining, monitoring, inspecting, demobilizing, and decontaminating the trailers or treatment systems. Other tasks include electrical connections, carpentry, and restoration work.

Proposals must be submitted to the Office of State Procurement Services, via Vendor Self Service (VSS). Proposal submissions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, on September 18, 2026. Proposals will be opened the following business day.
