The State of Maine is seeking information regarding the provision of third-party reviews of financial assurance documents for certain solid waste facilities.

A copy of the RFI and all related documents can be obtained through Vendor Self Service (VSS)

Responses must be submitted to the Office of State Procurement Services, via Vendor Self Service (VSS). Responses must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, on September 7, 2026. Responses will be opened the following business day.
