A public meeting will be convened at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the Casco Community Center, 940 Meadow Road, to receive comments on a draft plan for disbursement of $500,000 in public funding for protection and improvement of local water resources. The funding is compensation for groundwater pollution arising from the discharge of contaminants in the 1970?s from a waste oil handling facility off Tenney Hill Road in Casco.
