This draft air emission license has been prepared pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S.A., Section 590. The application and supporting documentation are available for review by contacting the DEP Project Manager listed below.

Written public comment may be sent to the contact person listed below. The public comment period ends on the deadline listed above or on the date set at the public meeting if one is held.

According to Department regulations, interested parties must be notified, written comments are invited, and the public may request a public meeting. If the Department receives a written request for a public meeting within 15 calendar days from the Notice Date listed above, a public meeting will be held.

If requested, a virtual public meeting will be held at the date and time listed below. Members of the public may join the meeting online or by phone. For instructions on how to participate, or if other accommodations are necessary for ADA compliance, please contact the DEP Project Manager listed below.
