EDI POC Information

These documents are in DRAFT form and have not been reviewed by the IAIABC POC Implementation Team and provided as a courtesy. While the information contained in these documents are considered DRAFT and subject to change upon review by the POC Implementation Committee.

The forms below have Maine specific information for EDI Proof of Coverage data elements based on IAIABC standards for POC Release 3.0

Event Table (Draft 1.0, 4/13/2018) - The Event Table identifies event reporting for Proof of Coverage information to the Maine Workers' Compensation Board, Triplicate Codes for policy information (New, Renewal, Reinstatements, and Changes) triggers and when they should be sent.

Element Requirement Table (Draft 1.1, 8/23/2018) The Element Requirement Table contains a list of data elements that are required for submission of policy information and the severity for each.

Edit Matrix Table (Draft 1.0, 4/13/2018) The Edit Matrix Table includes applied editing based on the IAIABC standards and Maine's POC data requirements.
