Make Sure You're Getting Appointment and Prescription Updates
If you are like most My HealtheVet users, you use the site to refill prescriptions and check on VA appointments. However, did you know that you can receive email reminders 13 and 3 days before an appointment and receive an email when a prescription ships?
To make sure your preferences are correct, first log in to your My HealtheVet account, and select Personal Information. Then, select My Profile. On this page, you can scroll down to Subscribe to Email Notifications and Reminders, and turn on your preference. Also check the email that you have entered on that page.

Veterans needing to upgrade to a premium account can do that at any VA primary care office. It is a two minute process during regular office hours. Bring one form of picture ID. No appointment necessary.
