Recharge Maine is a partnership among the Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT), the Governor’s Office of Policy Innovation and the Future (GOPIF), the Department of Energy Resources (DOER) (formerly Governor’s Energy Office), the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and the Efficiency Maine Trust (EMT).

National Drive Electric Month

National Drive Electric Month is a nationwide celebration held each fall to raise awareness of the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The maps below show future charger deployment by Recharge Maine, using a combination of funding sources. Fast charging stations opened through Recharge Maine are held to strict performance requirements, including uptimes of greater than 97%.
