The WIN-202 system requires an initial extract, followed by either quarterly batch updates, or transaction based updates. Because client states may have different processing requirements, we have focused on making the extract process as flexible and dynamic as possible. This guide provides instructions for the initial development of extract data, quarterly extracts, and considerations for transaction based processing.
