Provides one-time funding for a pilot program for the reimbursement of a parent providing in-home personal care services to the parent's child by allowing the parent to register as a personal care agency.
As part of the supplemental budget bill passed in February 2023 (public law 2023, chapter 3), funds for the In Home Personal Care Services Pilot Program were reallocated to extend the Small Business Health Insurance Premium Support program.
