Agenda Item Discussion Follow up Meeting called to order and Introductions Joan called the meeting to order and introductions were made.
Review of July 2016 meeting minutes Jen McKenna made a motion to accept the minutes. Dawn Croteau seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous to approve. New Business Joan presented Standards of Apprenticeship/Residential Carpenter for the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Maine.

Discussion centered on clarification of wording; defining beginning and ending wages; established that % of increase will be included in body of contract, detail to be determined by employer and documented in the appendix due variables between contractors and across the state. This strategy will be applied throughout document.

Jen McKenna suggested that language be updated to allow for appeals to ?call back? process. The Council agreed that there is a need to review again prior to final approval. Joan will incorporate changes and resend to Council

Marion Sprague from Manufacturing Association of Maine is approved as a new member. Suggestion made to approach Bath Ironworks. Ongoing process

Upcoming Meeting Schedule April 13, 2017 - 9:30-12:00 July 13, 2017 - 9:30-12:00 October 5, 2017 - 9:30-12:00 Discussion on ?open? meetings ? to invite employers not on the Council Jennifer Boynton will check availability of meeting at MGMC.

Investigate use of social media Adjournment Motion made by Jen to adjourn the meeting and Dawn seconded the motion.
