In York County, that portion of the municipality of York bounded by a line described as follows:  Beginning at the point where Mountain Road intersects with Interstate 95; then south on Interstate 95 to South Berwick Road; then northwest on South Berwick Road to Cider Hill Road; then northwest on Cider Hill Road to Moulton Brook; then southwest on Moulton Brook to Cider Hill Creek; then southwest on the eastern shoreline of Cider Hill Creek to York River; then southeast on York River to Interstate 95; then south on Interstate 95 to the other side of the York River; then south on the York River to Libby Brook; then south on Libby Brook to the York-Kittery boundary; then southeast on the York-Kittery boundary to the Atlantic Ocean; then north along the Atlantic Ocean shoreline, and continuing west along an inlet of the Atlantic Ocean near Shore Road to an extension of the Cape Neddick River; then west on the extension of the Cape Neddick River to State Road; then north on State Road to Mountain Road; then northwest on Mountain Road to the beginning point.
