RFP Issued September 11, 2025; Initial Bids due October 9, 2025.  The Commission has established the final bid days. Bids must be submitted by 10 AM EST on each day.

  • November 4th: Half of Versant Bangor Hydro District (BHD) residential and small non-residential class

  • November 5th: Half of CMP residential and small non-residential class

  • November 18th: Second Half of Versant Bangor Hydro District (BHD) residential and small non-residential class, BHD medium, BHD large
