  • Develop a disaster supplies kit for your car or van.

Check your cupboards. Do you have these items? If not, pick them up at the grocery store this week.

  • 1 can of vegetables (1 for each)
  • 1 box of facial tissue
  • 1 box of quick energy food snacks
  • Dried fruit/nuts
