Rep. William "Bill" Noon is serving his first term in the Maine House of Representatives. He is a member of the Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Committee.

Rep. Noon is a small business owner and is a long time Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association member and Small Woodland Owners Association of Maine member.  He served over 20 years on the Sanford Planning Board, with 8 years as chairman. He is a graduate of Goddard College.

Rep. Noon and his wife, Jean, have two children and one grandchild. They live in Springvale, a borough of the City of Sanford.
