About
Rep. Charles B. Kruger
Rep. Chuck Kruger is serving his second term in the Maine House of Representatives.
He is a returning member of the Committee on Marine Resources, where he
works to protect our marine resources and support Maine’s traditional
fishing industry.
A resident of Thomaston for over 25 years, Kruger operates a small
business which produces and books national entertainment in Maine,
the US, and Europe. Kruger has been responsible for bringing numerous
national performers to Maine for events, such as the Maine Lobster
Festival. A former professional musician, entertainer, and songwriter,
Rep. Kruger was appointed by Governor Angus King to serve as a
member of the Maine Arts Commission.
As a small business owner, Rep. Kruger has been an active member
of the Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce. He has also
served as Chair of the Maine Arts Sponsors Association, and on
the Board of the Maine Lighthouse Museum in Rockland.
Rep. Kruger is married to Linda Kruger, a clerk at the Thomaston
Post Office. They have a son and two grandchildren who also live
