IMPORTANT NOTE: An SAU may receive more than one response because of the several Notices it filed, so be sure to look through all three documents/categories below, to see if there is more than one letter to your SAU in a given document/category of the three given below. These letters have been sent in hard copy to SAU offices, accompanied by a copy of the Notice of Intent to which it refers. The online documents below do not have the accompanying Notice of Intent and so if the SAU filed more than one Notice of Intent, it may not be readily apparent which Notice of Intent each response is referencing. Please contact your local SAU office for clarification.
