Profile WI02. Beach profiles show the beach lowering for the first 50 meters from the dune from November 11, 2006 (blue line) to April 20, 2007 (green line), just after the Patriots' Day Storm. The profile seaward of 60 meters shows accumulation or net gain in sand over this time period. Data collected by Tom Long and the beach profile team at Southern Maine Community College.
