Figure 90. Goose Rocks Beach, Kennebunkport. Annual mean profiles at GR1 near the Batson River show the dynamic shifting of sand bars on the low-tide terrace. On the upper profile the beach widened from 2002 through 2005, but in 2006 and 2007 returned to the 2002 position.
