Valuing Maine’s Beaches:

Assets, Challenges, and Actions for Today and Tomorrow

Bob Hamblen, City Planner, Saco

Bob Hamblen, AICP, has been Saco’s planner since 2000. He began working as a planner in 1993, and has been employed by the communities of Windham, New Gloucester and Biddeford. He is a Muskie Institute graduate, with a B.A. from the University of Utah, and has previously worked in the financial services industry and journalism. While not much on the fishing and fowling piece, Bob enjoys navigating Saco Bay in a sailboat he keeps moored at Camp Ellis.
