The following parameters have been calculated for the earthquake (this is a preliminary determination):
Further Information:This event is barely perceptible on the Canadian Seismic Network Hourly plot for 20:00 to 21:00 (UT) on May 11, 2002. Stations LMN (in eastern New Brunswick), LMQ (on the St. Lawrence River west of Fort Kent), MNT (Montreal), and WBO (in eastern Ontario) show small signals between 20:52 and 20:54 UT. The Maine Geological Survey did not receive any reports of people feeling this earthquake. Last updated on October 6, 2005 |
