Figure 36. Recumbent synform in the Nehumkeag Pond Formation (Onp). White lines highlight the form of the fold. At the far left end of the photograph, a minor rusty gneiss unit occupies the core of the fold. Note the folding of migmatite stringers which indicates folding postdates migmatization.
