The 130th Legislature passed An Act To Allow the State's Adult Use Marijuana Tracking System To Track Plants and Products by Group, P.L. 2021, ch. 628. Implementation of batch tracking for cultivators required a contract amendment between OCP and the Adult Use Cannabis Program’s (AUCP) inventory tracking vendor, Metrc. “Flexible Standardized Batch Tracking” (FSBT) serves as the final product of the extensive contract amendment negotiations.
