Please use this form to report any compliance and/or enforcement issues to the Office of Cannabis Policy (OCP), including an adverse health reaction related to the consumption of either adult use or medical cannabis.
Reporting possible violations through this form is entirely voluntary. You are not required to provide your name or contact information, but the lack of such information may limit OCP’s ability to investigate the matter. If you are submitting this complaint anonymously, no attributable information will be attached to this complaint. However, because your information will not be captured, OCP will not be able contact you for additional information if needed.
The information you provide will be used by OCP to determine any appropriate follow-up, however, OCP will not provide updates on your complaint.
