     The above-captioned proceeding came on for hearing on the City of Augusta,
Board of Education's Motion to Dismiss and, with the consent of each of the
parties, it is ORDERED that:
     
          The above-captioned cause be remanded to the Maine Labor
          Relations Board with the instruction that the Maine Labor
          Relations Board define or clarify the term "substantially
          equivalent employment" as it appears in Paragraph No. 2
          of the Maine Labor Relation Board's June 7, 1978 Order
          in M.L.R.B. Case No. 78-04.
