The COVID-19 pandemic greatly disrupted employment in Maine, impacting both employers and workers. To address those effects, the Maine Jobs & Recovery Plan supports many new pilot programs where learning what is working for Maine’s job seekers is essential to sustain and improve the impact of these investments. This funding will support evaluation staff and resources at Maine’s Department of Labor to collect data, analyze outcomes from these pilot programs, and track the success of the Jobs Plan’s workforce programs.
