Details:
- The match rate for Title IV-E has increased by the same 6.2% as the FMAP rate. The only difference is that Title IV-E will not increase based on the unemployment rate.
- This will result in an increase of approximately $1.7 -$1.9 million per year for Maine.
- This rate in retroactive to October 1, 2008.
- These dollars support services to children in foster care and adoption assistance.
