Additionally, you or your preparer will receive verification that your return has been accepted.

The following returns are not allowed to file using E-File:

• returns with a power of attorney currently in effect for the refund to be sent to a third party
• returns claiming a filing status that differs from the federal filing status except when a Schedule NRH is filed
• amended or corrected returns prior to 2013
• State returns prior to 2013
