Maine Taxpayer Service Center Information

MRS' facilities at 51 Commerce Drive in Augusta are currently only available to the public for purposes of accepting tax payments. Taxpayers seeking telephone assistance may still call MRS from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Telephone hours for the Compliance Division 624-9595 remain 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays.  All MRS telephone and email contact information is available at: www.maine.gov/revenue/contact.htm

From the north:

  • Take Exit 112 off I-95
  • Merge right onto Civic Center Drive (away from the Augusta Civic Center)
  • At the third traffic light, turn left onto Commerce Drive
  • The taxpayer service center is located in the second building on the right, about 0.5 miles down Commerce Drive.

From the south:

  • Take Exit 112B off I-95
  • Merge right onto Civic Center Drive (away from the Augusta Civic Center)
  • At the fourth traffic light, turn left onto Commerce Drive
  • The taxpayer service center is located in the second building on the right, about 0.5 miles down Commerce Drive.
