With PRISM the State now has a modern Human Resources Management System that ensures the State, and its employees, can effectively manage and support the lifecycle of employment.
PRISM is built using Workday (and may use other software as needed) to meet the State’s complex requirements and will improve the State of Maine employee experience in the areas of recruiting, human resources, benefits, payroll, and more. Additional benefits include using modern tools for all HR and Payroll processes making it easier and more efficient for employees to find information and complete tasks, as well as real-time reporting and information and reducing the need for inefficient paper-based processes.
